Medfield North Green LLC Acquires 11,845 s/f Retail Plaza in Medfield, MA
Medfield North Green LLC, a joint venture of Tuccio Properties Group & Salvatore Capital Partners, has acquired Bullard’s Plaza, 1 Green Street for $1.9 million.
The 11,845 s/f property has six retail tenants. Tenants include Bullard’s Liquor, Halfrey Interiors, Corcoran and Havlin Insurance, Jill’s Hair Studio, Takara Restaurant and Nicholas Christies Day Spa. The plaza’s location, at the corner of North and Green Street’s, positions it for success. The plaza also has a 57 space parking lot.

Tuccio Properties Group Acquires Retail Property In Medfield, MA For $1.9M
768-770 Broadway LLC, a joint venture of Tuccio Properties Group & Deer Hill Capital, has acquired Raynham Depot for $1.9 million.
Raynham Depot, located at 768-770 Broadway in Raynham, is a 47,000 square foot retail plaza less than one mile from Interstate 495. Tenants in the plaza include Ace Hardware, Gwen Mireille Salon & Spa and Brother’s Pizza, amongst others. The plaza also has more than 100 available parking spaces.
The strategic location offers a unique asset that is well positioned for future investment and increased leasing activity. The joint venture ownership aims to leverage on its expertise in leasing, property management and development to unlock the property’s full potential.

Gould’s Plaza, located at 74 Main Street in Medway, is a 49,000 square foot neighborhood retail plaza servicing the greater Medway market. Key tenants in the plaza include a mix of restaurants, specialty retail, medical and office spaces. The property spans over four acres and has two strategic pad sites.
Gould’s Plaza has been a cornerstone in Medway for many decades, and the new ownership group is excited to bring fresh life to the property.
